I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, being very close to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, which was perfect for me as a football fan. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I had a fantastic time at this hotel.

Great staff, excellent location, and comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and responded promptly to any requests I had. The rooms had swipe card access, which worked every time, unlike other hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
The hotel was a little tired and could use some updating. I found some of the reception crew to be unfriendly and unhelpful.

Excellent location for Bernabéu stadium and airport access. Plenty of food options nearby. Comfortable beds and good pillow selection. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the stadium. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist us. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. We loved the little candy treat that greeted us upon arrival. The pool area was also lovely, with a small pool to cool off in and a bar nearby. the hotel provided excellent service and great value for money. We highly recommend it!

Great location, conveniently near company. Excellent facilities, very convenient. Delicious and ample breakfast. Stylish and quiet rooms. Comfy and cozy beds. Beautiful bathroom tiles. Refreshing water fountain on each floor. Amazing rooftop pool.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
